We are taking off for the Summer 2010 session - a well earned break.  We WILL BE ENTERING the Fall 2010 session, starting sometime in September.  If interested, please use the Contact Us form.

After an up and down season, we started to play well at the end, and looked dominating in the first two rounds of the playoffs.  The Championship game was rescheduled, and finally played on March 28.  Unfortunately we came out flat, and Panthers jumped to an early lead.  In the second half we applied more pressure and came close several times, but then pressed too much and gave Panthers some easy goals.  Overall, it was a spirited, well played match. 

The match 12/20/2009 vs Chichester was snowed out & rescheduled for 1/17/2010. Due to not everyone getting the memo and matches being played that were not scheduled, the remainder of the schedule has been updated. 

On 1/24, instead of WC Screamin' Green at 8, we play WC Blast at 9pm.  On 1/31, instead of Panthers at 9, we play Chichester at 8pm.  On 2/14, instead of Rose Tree at 7, we play Panthers at 7pm.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:  Due to wind damage to the facility, all matches scheduled for Jan 31 are postponed.  The matches will likely be scheduled Feb 21, and the playoffs pushed back a week.

Congratulations to our team in the ISC League - we are the only undefeated team in the Winter 1 session.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

There has been a date change for the UMD Tournament.  Previously scheduled for Feb 13, it will now be Sat, Feb 20.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

We have been UNINVITED from the UMD Tournament. The club team running the event went to the UMD Athletic Director, who ruled that since we were not a college sponsored team we could not participate.  Sorry everyone!

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to the recent snowstorms, Millcreek Woodhaven-Sportsplex is postponing the tournament originally scheduled for Feb 21 because they need to use the time to reschedule their league games.

The tournament will be played in early March - date TBA.

At our indoor match on Wednesday, March 11, we had the pleasure of having two players from Japan guest play with us.  Saki Kobayashi and Takako Ikegawa were visiting Saki's sister Mizuki Harris, who made arrangements for them to join us.

Saki & Takako are teammates on the Tokyo Women's College of Physical Education team, and Saki hails from the town of Tokyo Kunitachi.  They were both very happy to play with us on the day before they departed for home.  We are fortunate to have this opportunity to participate in a match celebrating international friendship.  Saki & Takako are fine players and have an open invitation to visit and play with us again anytime in the future.
