Signup Form

Indoor 2010

This is the website signup option.  You can use it to signup for leagues and tournaments.  You will need to mail a check, and your registration is not complete until it is received.  If it is getting close to the start date of the league or tournament, you can use the online registration option for instant signup.  Also use this form if you are unable to afford the full fee up-front and need to make payment arrangements.  Fill out the form and click the Submit button.  You will receive an email acknowledgment, along with instructions for mailing your payment.

Indoor - Thursday - pickkup games at Woodhaven gym
Indoor - u19 (born 8/1/90 or later)
Tournament - Dec 26
Tournament - Jan 2
Tournament - Feb 13
